Ir pada title DSN memang benar. Di dalam IEM directory wujud nama beliau pada keahlian #14616. Mohammad Nizar bin Jamaluddin (14616), B.SC.(ASTON IN BIRIMINGHAM) 0012 M 1982 MIEM, P.ENG 004 4/24/1993.

Lihat pada P.ENG yang bermaksud Professional Engineer. Kata terma P.ENG digunapakai di Bangladesh dan Kanada.
